The resurrection of the British Wrestling Alliance was a momentous occasion. The small table in the conference room sits many people. True enough there was a lot of people who needed to come together to pull off something this grand. Lucy Youngblood, the owner of BWA, sits at the head of the table. Next to her is Bobby Williams, son of one of Britain's best wrestlers Keith Williams. He was also in possession of the BWA World title belt, a belt Keith had held many times. He was the catalyst for all of this. Opposite from him was a man whom had been one of Keith Williams' closest friends outside the ring and fiercest rivals inside the ring, Les Taylor. And finally, opposite Lucy, was Marty St. Cool. Formerly Marty Jones in the BWA, he wasn't the greatest wrestler in the world, but like Lucy he had a mind for the business.
Les decides he should talk first.
First of all, I want to thank you, Lucy, for allowing this resurrection to happen. As I recall you were in charge of BWA when it closed down previously, as General Manager... not that anyone here blames you for that. It was Keith Williams who fought Chris Lionheart and got the BWA World title unified away into I:W's title belts. Without that... well, what were we realistically going to do?
Bobby Williams slams the BWA World Title down on the table top and stares Les Taylor down. He leans over the table and speaks directly to him.

Are you really so petty to get your digs in on a dead man?
He sneers at Les, his eyes full of rage...
Some friend you were to my dad. It wasn't you who got me a job in the US wrestling scene, it was this lady right here! And while I haven't always seen it at the time, as far as I have seen, she has always looked to protect me and honor my dad's memory. You come grandstanding in here now as though we owe everything to you. All you are, are a lowly manager, for some masked doofus in ViralPro. Who only got any notoriety because everyone mistakenly thought he was me!
Les holds a hand up to calmly defuse the situation. Bobby thinks better of continuing his tirade and decides to allow him to speak.

Jeeze kid, you're full of piss and vinegar tonight, aren'tcha? I didn't mean any offense to you, your dad, or anyone. I was just letting Miss Youngblood know that Marty and I don't hold any ill will against her for the past. Since you have been the bridging gap between us and her, this is our first time meeting her. So now she knows that the past is the past and there's no bad blood, it's time to look forward.
This seems to calm Bobby down, and he motions that he understands and is sorry.
Now I think we start off from a booking standpoint by putting our best foot forward. Junior there defends the belt his dad held many times against everyone who comes calling. Meanwhile, whilst he's got his success story going on - or he loses the belt and it turns into a redemption story - we've got the mid-card and tag team divisions heating up somewhat.
Les motions to Marty to take over the conversation.

One title belt we had in mind was a title for brawlers. Your basic 'hardcore' title as the Americans would say, but we let KnockOuts count. Britian has some of the best brawlers in history and the BWA Brawl title will remind people of that fact. Sometimes you don't need a weapon in your hand to cause a knock out...
Marty brings his first from the table and holds it stretched out in front of him, a nod to his past career as 'The British First' Marty Jones.
If we had such a title back in the day then I bet I would be a much bigger name in the anneals of history, and I would have gotten paid a lot more money for booze too. My time may have passed, but I have a young son. He will start from the bottom-up and earn whatever comes his way. He might not have much going for him in terms of wrestling skills yet, but he can hit a punch from almost any angle that'll knock his opponent six ways from Sunday.
He catches Lucy looking skeptical from across the table.
But that's not all. Not by a long shot. Another way we're gonna differentiate ourself from the yanks is to have a different midcard belt - the Honor Title. 60 minutes of wrestling action. Ultimate Submissions, KO contests, races to the most pinfall, or IronMan matches which count all 3.
Marty smiles, knowing that had to get Lucy going, as it was better than the American style that she had probably become accustomed to.

Gentlemen, let's talk roster. We know that Pro Wrestling Live took Micheal St. Star and Brent Young from the assets of Classic Action Wrestling. I assume that BWA will be picking up the rest?
Lucy throws a bunch of contracts onto the table that she had been quietly reading over underneath the table.
Daryl Deadly, and his brother Francis, will be the first tag team in BWA: The Deadly Boys. We obviously have Bobby Williams, Marty Jone's kid and Les Taylor's current protege 'England' from ViralPro. Who else do we have? Do we even have enough to build a roster?

Marty cuts Les Taylor off, feeling proud of what he has to report.
First of all I am very pleased to say that CAW's roster knows what loyalty is, and they are excited as the prospect of BWA returning. It will even return several of the older stars back to the BWA, which is where they first were trained by Keith Williams and got their first break into the business. Such as Christian Black - also known as Hellraiser Black. He was trained by Keith Williams just like you and your husband Jason Youngblood were. Just like Seth Owens - also known as Hellraiser Death - was.
Les Taylor smiles, it hadn't occured to him that BWA and CAW becoming one was like the original and the spiritual successor coming together. There was something comforting and exciting about that, but he wasn't sure exactly what it was.
They were the original Hellraiser tag team, which if I'm not mistaken, you managed, didn't you, Miss Youngblood?
Lucy nods her head, smiling as she remembers taking them to the OCW tag team titles.
Well, what Les here doesn't know is that Hellraiser Nitemare from 'the new Hellraisers' - while he may have competed under many stupid names early in his career like Seth Skyfire, ''Skyfire'' Nate Nightmare and The Nitemare Project - is actually Seth Owen's younger brother Nate Owens. So that gives some background on how the tag team name got passed along to a new generation of Hellraisers. And of course BWA will have a CAW alumnus Victor Guilt as well. You will probably known Victor Guilt as Hellraiser Vengeance. Of course, none of them want to do the whole facepaint and shoulder pads thing anymore, it's time to modernize them. But of a sudden BWA has this 4-man-strong group of "Hellraisers" that can all substitute in and out for each other in tag matches. You never know which one you'll be facing, Christian, Nate, Seth or Victor...

Les decides to cut in himself, before Marty gets any more gushy over The Hellraisers.
Suffice it to say that along with the Hellraisers, they aren't the only old BWA or CAW alumnus that we want to bring in. Even if some of these names are 'retired', we still want to book them for the odd apperance here and there, to help them and to help us. Starting with Jason, Shawn, Shayne Youngblood and yourself, if you want to that is.
Les wasn't sure that they'd get Jason or Lucy, with Lucy having Innovation:Wrestling to run, and Jason being promised for some ProWrestlingLive dates to repay an old debt caused by Chris Hart screwing that fed over in 2010, but at least he'd put the offer out there.
I hope that despite our differences, we will be able to coax Ethan Quinn back for some shows. He used to be very good at tag team wrestling when I held some charity shows in England, before he went to ViralPro. In the meantime we have a really cool brother/sister mixed tag team that can fight together or apart. They're unknown, but they are very versatile grapplers just waiting for their time to shine. And Bobby... I have two acese up my sleeve that will both be great rivalries for you. For now I will only reveal one. Tyler McMoore has signed-on for BWA and will continue taking you to your limit in-between those ropes. Whenever you and he face off it's either a draw or one of you squeaks out a deciding pinfall or submission in the dying seconds. I want to see you pull away and start beating his ass decisively... if you can that is.
He shoots a sly grin to Bobby, who picks the BWA World title off the table and tells him to "bring them both on".

Lucy takes in everything that's been said so far, and has a good feeling about their vision for the future. It was different enough to compete with PWL without being a mirror image. The roster seemed to be out in full force as well. This would certainly be interesting.
Alright Gentlemen, let's do this.
