Once 2k14 is in our hands we'll know a lot clearer on how to proceed, but here are some things that VW Staff are going-over in the staff board. - Lower the OVA rating from 90 OVA, which is quite high considering we don't use the Adrenalin system.
- Implement a 'baseline' number for each attribute, so that 'Tag' can't be completely emptied to boost 'Strength' or other stats. For Example: Back on the PS2 for IW we once had the rule that every attribute must contain a 6/10 or 60%.
- 'Give A Push' to those that do RP like crazy so that they are more likely to win simmed matches over opponents whom aren't as active. Raise their overall stats when very active, lower them back when activity dips.
- If we're looking at the idea of attributes being moved around based on member's RP activity, then I defiantly want to lay-down preset attributes amounts based on weightclass instead of letting people pick their own. E.G. "Heavyweight Base", "Heavyweight Pushed". Just to make it easier to make the adjustments quickly week-to-week. Once advantage of this is that I think it would create more balanced sims of matches.

REALLY loving this! In all honesty this is a great step. Speaking on behalf of myself here that's been a major issue of mine. I could roleplay very well, but never had a great moveset to back up my characters during matches.
