Lucy Youngblood walks to the ring with a microphone already in hand.
Just like last month, at VW ReBoot, once again I'm not out here tonight to look-back too far into the history books. But the way I beat Ashley Milano-Fyre's ass to advance in the VW Vixens Title Tournament really got my thinking about my past in this business. So I'd like Ash to join me in the ring right now.
Ashley Milano-Fyre makes her way down to the ring to anser Lucy's callout.
Last month I implied that you could teach me about in-ring ability and I could teach you about business smarts. That might not be neccessarry for you anymore, but my offer still stands if you want a business refresher course. I do have a talent for knowing what will work, and whom will be tomorrow's future stars. After all, your most popular wrestler at the moment, Shayne, is a BWA contracted wrestler who's on-loan to HLW.
Lucy smiles broadly, waiting for Ashley Milano-Fyre to respond.

Ashley knew she took a bad loss in the tournament. Lucy had no problem bringing up the victory which made Ashley a little hot under the collar.
Well Lucy you wanted me in this ring? Why? To bring up your lucky win over me? I mean sister what do I got to prove anyway? I'm a legend in this business and the one bitch that revolutionized this sport for the other ladies. Like it or not I'm not the one that has something to prove. I've got my place in history already cemented in. I honestly can't say the same for you can I? I mean why would I want financial advice from you? You've enjoyed the spoils on what a real company looks like from the inside out when you stepped foot in Hollywood. I run a very successful ship and honestly it's the only company that pushes only ladies. I must be honest a few months ago I almost took you up on your offer for some financial advice but got wind of your true worth.
Ashley paused as she wanted to make Lucy wonder what she was talking about.
Don't look at me like you don't know what I'm talking about. You were on the verge of losing BWA. Matter of fact my husband was in talks in buying partial ownership with Evan Quinn to save that company. Only so he could rub it in the faces of the Youngbloods. There's no denying their jealousy over my husband and my worth. Matter of fact, you really never knew the jewel in the ruff you had in Shayne. It took my vision to really bring the right perspective out of her. She blames you for so much. I mean I should be thanking you for your shortcomings. It's those faults that has allowed me to showcase and make millions off your failed efforts. So Lucy would you want me to give you some financial advice? Or are you out here to boast on my talent that's far superior with me than they ever was with you.

Lucy smirks, as she pauses, choosing her words carefully. The crowd are jeering, given Ashley's little jab. Little did Ashley know that she was fighting a losing battle, boxing with god.
Oh yes, the charade where "little lucy might have needed some big strong men to come bail her out because she was in over her ittle bitty head". It's amazing what men will do when they 'think' they can be the hero. I was never looking to sell BWA, just to trick certain backers into ponying-up some additional cash to fund their latest idea that crashed and burned. BWA NXT - or as I like to call it: "Reality TV Garbage". Sometimes it takes some of us Brits a little while to catch-onto an idea. Reality TV and Wrestling already mixed with ViralPro's V-TV House, which only got one season by the way. There's a reason why it's now ViralWrestling and not ViralPro anymore. So it wasn't going to be BWA's, or God forbid my own money on the line for that crap. If they wanted to see it, I could afford to throw them a couple of my wrestlers, watch it die, and outside of this conversation, it never gets mentioned again. But that extra money that those people across the pond put in, allowed me to produce BWA PPVs again, and is the reason why I'm standing here in the USA wrestling industry once more. I told people when I left that they hadn't seen the last of me. And Ash, you of all people should know that sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get the job done.
Here's where we seem to have a difference of opinion. You might think it's better to be the second woman in line to try soething new, and avoid getting the arrows in your back. Picking-up the scraps that were successfull, there's one thing you don't get. You don't get the respect for breaking boundries and smashing glass ceilings. You don't get the notoriety as being a trend-setter. You want to talk about women's wrestling, hun? The company I worked for, which would eventually become known as Innovation:Wrestling and that I would eventually own, had a women's division a long time before it became the a standard in every company that opened it's doors. You know that, becasue you and I were both there. But who do you think was talking to management back then, pulling the strings behind the scenes, to make that happen all that time ago? There's a reason why I eventually owned that company, and BWA. I have good ideas and I make good business decisions.
So let's talk about what you call failed ideas, shall we? It's true, in 2013 I was the founder of a governing body called the International Wrestling Council. On it's board sat influencial people like me, Christian MoneyMaker and Ashley Silva. We opened several seperate independent companies and wrestling training schools to act as developmental territories for future ViralWrestling stars. It was mutually beneficial for all parties invovled. We even gave a little spotlight to these independent companies with our "SuperClash" events, where wrestlers would come-in from every company, and these fans would get the opportunity to see the wrestlers of tomorrow, today. It was a natural evolution of what was already happening, when you saw Evan Quinn, a big name today in England, as "Mr International" Eric Reid's masked henchman 'England' all the way back in 2012's ViralPro. The IWC made it easier to share talent between our organisations.
When I stepped-away, I stepped-away for personal reasons. Those financial problems were personal financial problems unrelated the wrestling business. ViralWrestling, and the International Wrestling Council were both still viable, healthy businesses. But more than that, the IWC protected all of our individual investments. Should I go on... or are you going to try to tell me how much of a star your husband is again? His name is Angel Fyre, by the way, fans, since I know you all have forgotten him already.

Suddenly the music of Elite Wrestling Entertainment played While many were expecting former Viral members who work for eWe as well, instead the fans were treated to the arrival of Mercedes Mauler-Styles
She walks down to the ring, and joins the other ladies mid-ring, with her own mic
Hello Lucy, long time no see. I mean, someway, somehow, we managed to not cross paths up until now. It's been awhile. Actually, not too long ago we were in several meetings together, just not in the same room. The magic of teleconferencing, facetime, and Skype. That's no matter currently though. Either way, I came out here tonight to clear some things up. You speak of the IWC as if it still exists to this day, but the fact of the matter is, it dissolved. That's something that was directly related to your business skills Lucy. You see, for those of you who don't stay up to date on everything wrestling related. Lucy here was experiencing some pers onal issues. Issues which somehow interfered with the day to day business dealings of the IWC. Somehow, the IWC had stepped in, and took a 66% share of my company, eWe, and left me a minor voice in a company I had built from the ground up. Oh sure, I had some help from time to time, but the majority of the work on the business end, was all done by me. So you can understand my surprise when one morning, I receive a phonecall. A call that would inform me that I had been bumped up from 33% share holder, to 50-50 owner. I was thinking, oh great, now I have to work day to day with someone like you. Not what I was expecting at all. Instead, I was informed I was now co-owner once more, with my former husband, Sylas Styles.
That's right. Now I'm back to square one, all over again. Things are different though Lucy. Instead of the maniacal man he was once upon a time, now he has a mind for the business end too. No more spotlight hogging. No more title hunts. No more sidetracked mind focused on some other women. No, now together we put together a product that still stands strong to any other company in the world. We attract the best of the best from everywhere. Men and Women. Sure, a lot of them sign with HLW here and there, but that is because we offer open contracts to allow them to still work everywhere, while they hone their craft even more. That is something I didn't learn from the IWC, or you. That is something we came to realize on our own. By restricting talent, you restrict your product. Which is why eWe is clearly the elite company here...

Lucy listens intently to what Mercedes has to say. Somewhat surprised, she didn't know anything about IWC owning a majority interest in EWE. Last she had heard EWE was having some internal issues related to buying, and then selling, JHW. But either way, it sounded like Mercedes was backing-up her point of view, perhaps without even knowing it.
Exactly, Mercedes. Point well illustrated. You sound a little upset that the IWC didn't support you as much as you expected, but what you said just now actually illustrated my point quite well. EWE didn't have to pour any additional money into IWC to keep it afloat after I left, and at such time as it was no longer needed, it disolved itself cleanly and reverted your ownership back to you. It wasn't about taking-over, controlling or anything like that. But it did accomplish it's mission statement, to make the sharing of talent easier, and to break-down barriers of the "old era". I'm sure you remember being told, in the old days, ''You're here now, it doesn't matter jack shit what you've done elsewhere''. Essentially ''we live in our own bubble.'' A bonafide legend in one company can move a couple of states away and have to prove themselves all over again. As if this is the 1970s and they were unknown to a new audience. Even back then, during the old era, it was the middle of the 2000's and we all had access to a little thing called the internet. You had Sylas Styles and Jason Youngblood involved in a blood feud in May in one place. Come October they moved to another company, but they were seperated by a main roster-develpmental fed divide. That kind of thing never made any sense to me.
Lucy turns quickly to Ashley Milano Fyre And you talk about jealousy. Angel Fyre is jealous he was never able to step out of The Avenger's shadow the same way which Jason Youngblood stepped out of Sylas Styles' shadow. 'That's' how it should be done, hun.
And just as quickly turns back to addressing Mercedes. There never seemed to be any respect for wrestler's own history back then. Just the broken dreams of different feds, which might last 6 months, 1 year, 2 or 3, but in the end left wrestlers with fractured careers split between different places. You contrast that with the new era, one that embraces what people have done elsewhere, one that invites competition and respects wrestlers histories, one that is more global-minded, more 'Viral', and you tell me which one is better. Innovation:Wrestling and ViralPro held a PPV Simulcast together. Ethan Quinn beat Bobby Williams for the BWA World Title at BWA's PPV, hopped in a cab, and later that night walked-out on ViralPro's PPV with that belt in hand. Ashe got his head shaved at ViralPro's PPV, and walked out later tha night on IW's PPV bald. You well me which is better televison. That repspect for wrestler's careers, and healthy competition between companies without all the backstabbing and politics, was exactly what allowed Ashley Milano here to continue her career in ViralPro after some shenanighans were pulled to get her there, and allowed her to eventually come back and get her revenge on Madison. The reason Ashley Milano was screwed, and forced to work for ViralPro, was that Ashley Silva realized what an asset she could be. And whilst I wasn't happy with Ashley Silva's method of getting Milano, I had to respect it. Like me, she's a business woman that knows how to get things done.

Ashley listened to all the hot air that Lucy was spewing out of her mouth. She recognized Mercedes as she wanted to make it clear that these ladies were on a collision course.
Now Lucy you talk a whole lot but nothing makes sense. Maybe it's the blonde hair or my curves that confuses me. Maybe it's the fact that time has forgotten about you. You realize that things do change even for someone like you. So much garbage out of your mouth about the IWC and this person and that person. She did this and she did that. And you gotta do what you gotta do to pay the bills. Let me just tell ya sista! You can't tell me how to convince a man to do anything. I've got that figured out. If you haven't noticed I am the trend setter and there is no ceiling for me. All those names you mentioned that were part of some legacy you were in. Where are they? I'm still here and kicking it baby. All the critics saying you are wasting time and money but it was my vision to make this a woman's world. No disrespect but these other federations promote women but they aren't the main event. I push the limits and yes I've lost TV contracts but doing so I got the biggest. That's why I can bring the top stars and pay them top dollar. They go as they please like Mercedes said. No restrictions. What I do know is when they get to Hollywood they don't wanna leave. My company is booming. It's not struggling to get a contract like your BWA.
Now you can call me a bitch if you want but I'm in the market in producing numbers and getting the girls here. My husband you mentioned earlier has got a fat pocket and believe me I spend what I want on who I want. Why do you think I'm here in the first place? Think we gonna go and get our nails done? I know what I am. I get everything I want and know that it was people like you and IW that made money off of me and sent me to Viral. Funny thing is it didn't cripple me like how you and Silva and Maddy thought. It enlarged me. It gave me the opening to screw over Moneymaker. That idiot was too small. Show him some skin and he was done. I took his company and now look at it. He's in the sewer and I'm in the penthouse. Something baby you can learn from. Now as far as your love interest in my husband? Don't kid yourself on putting those British claws in him. Another one of those British sluts tried that and she found out there's no one better than me. Just like Jenna Storm you don't got what I got. So trying to downplay his career will do nothing except me slapping your face over to Hollywood & Vine. You talk about shadow? Avenger was great. Probably one of the greatest ever if not the greatest. Why don't your company get out of the shadow of others that took talent and made them great. You want to see greatness? Bitch you looking at it!

Finally after everyone else was done using Viral time to promote anything but Viral Wrestling, Viral owner Ashley Silva makes her way out and to the ring. Well now ladies, how quickly you seem to forget. Your on Viral TV right now, and your using MY broadcast to talk about everything that has nothing to do with my company. I'll chime in though, seeing as, now that I think about it, it IS to do with my company.
Without Viral Wrestling, and my family, the IWC wouldn't be the force it was. It was this very company that put the IWC on the map. How is that? Let me just touch on the basic facts here. I had the brains to walk into Innovation Wrestling, and use the egos against themselves. Touchy subject, sorry, but Ashley, I suckered you into putting your ego on the line, and lured you over to Viral. Sure, it was underhanded tactics. The same way you took a page out of my book, and got Hollywood out from beneath Moneymaker. Now look at where your sitting. The number one all women's wrestling company in the world. What got you there though? Talent from Viral Wrestling! Talent from BWA! Talent from all over, including Mercedes and eWe! Viral took talent from you guys, and made them bigger stars then your egos would allow. Every company has their favored talent. Their fallback, reliable, consistent talents. Even we are guilty of taking established names, and using them to our advantage, forgetting about underutilized people. That's going to change though, as it's one of the better ideas the IWC had.
Viral going forward is going to be about ALL talent, from everywhere, getting the acknowledgement of their past, their every accomplishment meaning something here. For too long have we seen companies take someone from another company, and making them out to be nothing and no-one. If you've won ten world titles and you come to Viral Wrestling, we are going to promote that, because we want the world to know that we have the best of the best on every show. The better our talent looks on paper, the better they look on tv, the better we all look. It's about time the world realized that we, the owners of these companies, are the top tier business women in the game. I'm sure we can all agree on that! Just as we can agree, man or women, we are the best minds in the business.

Cue Sylas Styles' face appearing on the big screen showing him sitting in one of the sky box's He begins to speak as cameras follow him as he walks down and through to the ring.
Hang on there Silva, let me get this straight. You think you four comprise the greatest minds in the industry today? I hate to burst your bubble, but without the men busting our asses off, putting your programming on the map, and allowing you to capitalize on our main stream draw power, you wouldn't be in the positions you are now. Merc, without your dad fronting the money, and allowing me to work the creative end of things, UPW, which is now EWE, wouldn't have turned from a multi million dollar company, to the multi billion dollar company it is today. Plus, to clarify further, the IWC stepped in because between you, me, and Marcus, we could never get on the same page with how we needed to evolve the company further. You had the money sense to invest where it would bring us the best result. I had the mind to book the shows, and negotiate with the top talent. They respect my status, and my part in paving the way for the younger talent to bust the glass ceiling. Marcus is, was, and always will be the one to clash with our ideas. He's from Japan where just do things differently. So when the IWC stepped in, they eliminated the problem of Marcus and I clashing heads creatively. They kept you in the ownership so you still had a say, all the while maintaining business relationships with the other owners around the world. They opened doors we couldn't and we're a better product for it.
We evolved where everyone else is still in the same stale state. We have some of the best talent, fighting to even get in the door with our company. Top names that won't deal with Viral Wrestling, or HLW. Can't you see, if anyone here is the elite, standout company, it's us. Which is why we're called Elite Wrestling Entertainment. The Viral champion, is an EWE talent. Viral is comprised of some of our top talent, home grown talent. HLW is over run with our talent. Our talent is spread worldwide. Now tell me we aren't the top company? Every company benefits from us, yet we see them claim to be the best. We make them what they are talent wise. How do we do that? With our hard hitting, top tier men. Some of the most relevant names in wrestling past and present. Brent and Jaiden Starr, Kade and Kaz Kronin, AJ Pain, Ashe. The list goes on and on. It's not just about the womens revolution of wrestling going on, it's about the men who bust their asses training them, and opening the flood gates to get them onto the shows too.

Lucy listens to both Ashley Silva and Sylas Styles.
Thank you, Sylas. It seems like you and Ashley Silva 'get it'. The same way in which the International Wrestling Council smoothed-out ownership issues with EWE, they also did it with the rights to ViralPro, between Ashley Silva, and the opposing side consisting of Mr Silva and the ViralMedia corporation.
The ViralMedia-owned 'V-TV' existed as a channel which aired ViralPro XStreme and V-TV House for ViralPro, and also "ViralWrestling" X-Streme after the Innovation:Wrestling/ViralPro merger into a brand new company. Viral Media's board of directors had no control over the new ViralWrestling, because all of their ownership rights and contracts were specifically related to the now-dead ViralPro. Negociations between VW and ViralMedia to greenlight a 2nd season of V-TV House broke down. Seeing all of their previously lucrative brands, such as ViralPro, V-TV House and Rock'NRave Wrestling all fall into legal dispute, many of ViralMedia's Board Of Directors grew unhappy at not being able to leverage their brand recognition properly.
Mr. Silva, secretly impressed by his own daughter managing to oust him when ViralPro merged with IW, returned and brokered a deal to transfer the rights to 'ViralPro', 'ViralMedia', 'V-TV' and 'Rock'NRave Wrestling' to the IWC. ViralMedia's old BOD now do business under a different name, completely unrelated to wrestling and have cut all ties or ownership claims to anything Viral related. Mr. Silva returned to... the family business. Once IWC disolved, Ashley Silva regained ownership of all of those rights, the same way I regained ownership of TNB, I:W, BWA etc. ViralWrestling is it's own company run by Ashley Silva, Smart Mark and Miss York...
Lucy takes a deep breath.
And that's enough of a history lesson. Right here and now, today, we have Sylas Styles and Mercedes saying that they are the only 'elite' company around. Ashley Milano Fyre says she uses BWA talent better than BWA does. Ashley Silva says she has the better business strategies. I happen to think that I have the best, fresh, ideas. They might not be 100% perfect, but if you want to try something new and innovative, then you come see me. Bottom line... It seems to me that all of us want to prove that we have the better company, or we are the best at running a company, even if those companies share talent between them. We don't need a new Council, and we don't need special SuperClash events. If you guys and girls all want to put your reputations and talent rosters on the line, well, we can have each of our shows feature a little bit of inter-company warfare. We'll let the wrestlers, the girls and the guys back there, speak for themselves and let their actions in the ring speak louder than their words. We'll let the shows determine who's the best wrestling mind between us...

A loud warning siren echo's throughout the arena as the titan-tron begins to act up; showing signs that the signal has been hijacked. Once the static clears, it reveals the owner of Full Throttle Wrestling; Chantell Angel sitting at her desk in her beautifully furnished office. She smiled as she watched the all the other owners arguing about which federation is better."How cute is this? Lucy, Ashley & Ashley, Mercedes and Sylas all in one place boring these paying fans with stuff nobody really cares about. In fact they are all probably scratching there heads wondering what the hell you egotistical assholes are talking about.
So fans in attendance, allow me to break this down for you.
The IWC is nothing more then clever name, used by these fools take your money and give you convoluted storylines and a watered down product. Have you noticed how all the same people compete in all the different company's? Its quite sad.
I am here to make one thing perfectly clear to all of you. No longer will FTW stand quietly by and let its talent compete on rival shows. So Miss Fyre; I hate to be the bearer of bad news; but that means that Claire Gagne & Brooke Lynn are now exclusively FTW and will no longer be competing for HLW.
As for the rest of you. I see Sylas, Mercedes & Ashley Silva arguing over Brent Starr being Viral World Champion, bitches please. They only reason you can make such a claim is because the true champion 'The Calgary Mustang' Nathan Michaels forfeited the championship because of Viral's inability to resign him to a new contract. But I have breaking news to all the fans of of Nathan Michaels. In two weeks at FTW Warning Shot he will challenge the reigning FTW Champion Kane Slavik in the main event for the FTW Championship!
You want to know why Nate signed with FTW? Because he's tired of dealing with a water down product that doesn't do the titles he worked his ass of to give prestige to justice.
Now consider this YOUR Warning Shot. "

Ashley looks on as she just got handed a huge blow from Chantelle.
So you want to lift your skirt and show your ass? Restricting girls that are stars in my company? A little jealous Hun? What you can't handle what we are doing in Hollywood and in your home in New York? Well if that's how you want to be then so be it. Do me a favor. Why don't you try explaining to Claire why you just screwed her out of the chance of becoming Starlette Champion. Good luck with that by the way. And before any of you try comparing champions then let me to prove this. Being Starlette Champion is bigger than any title you have for a woman. Even the one that Kim holds in EWE, the one Shayne holds in Viral or even the one Ruby holds in FTW. You want to know why? Well it's because your organizations showcase men and more so over women. What is your roster? Eight or twelve? Here in HLW there is no roster limit. Right now we are pushing 70. So Chantelle you can swing Claire and promise her a title shot against Ruby. Problem is she's only the best of eight with you. With me she's the best of seventy. No comparison since my women are all world famous or the hottest new women entering the business.
Now as far as your "Warning Shot?" Spare me your gravel and your New York attitude. You know me and Mainstream is what brings ratings to your show. And unlike you I'm not putting my head between my legs and running from it. You can fire my ass if you want. I never needed your money. It was all about stealing your talent. It's a business and like it or not the women want to be showcased and not be second fiddle. So you want to talk about warning shots? How about you try to do something? We are coming to FTW. Not to run back to Hollywood but to continue running your show. Bring it on and if you're not careful I may take my frustration out on you. Because all you did is drive a happy wrestler into depression all the way back to Calgary and Harlem. My federation will go on and remain the biggest and best in the world. That's with or without your so called talent.
Ashley looks at the other women.
Look around all of you. You know your women love working for their TV time. My company is elite and none other has promoted women like me. This is war and I plan on leaving with my hand and head held high. You want prominence? Take a good look. I'm it!
