IW is back in Britain for the Royal Bash PPV. It will feature a 'King Of The World' and 'Queen Of The World' tournament (standard King Of The Ring affairs). Like many other special attraction matches at PPVs it is cross-promotion for IW and VP. Please use the Males Storyline Central and Women's Storyline Central boards to declare your intent to cross the line from VP and compete in the tournaments.

"Might be decision time..." Me, three days ago. "Yep" Change of plans... We won't be having yet another tournament, we won't even be having Royal Bash. It was finally time to make a decision, and Innovation:Wrestling and ViralPro will be merging at May's 'Mayhem In Manchester' PPV. 'Mayhem In Manchester' will standardize the title belt lineup for the new company into x1 main event, x1 midcard title and x1 set of tag titles for each gender. Rest assured that any storyline matches for IW and VP that have already been decided upon will still happen, and then later the corresponding titles will be unified together (Gladiator/VP World, WorldClass/Viral, Amazon/Vixens, Bombshells/WildCats). While staff loved the 'warring companies' dynamic and still think it could provide limitless roleplay potential, right now the best thing for both feds is to combine the rosters and take the best ideas from each. Ashe will have other active main eventers to mix it up with. Angel Fyre will have the likes of Mr. International and Matthias Marlfox from VP's midcard/upper midcard nipping at his heels for that World Class title. The fresh women who's just entered IW's women's division will now have VP's women to test themselves against. Overall we hope this leads to a more connected and fun experience for all, why be good separately when there is the potential to be better together? Related Notes: - 'Royal Bash' will be given to BWA, whom will host an IWC SuperClash PPV using the Royal Bash name, with the two tournaments will still take place there. RPs will be optional, not required. Over time the plan is to transplant all of the large-undertakings which would disrupt roleplay focus (like last year's IW AllStars and IW Collision Course) over to the International Wrestling Council's SuperClash events - where participants are drawn from the independent scene we have here (BWA, PWL etc.) and our non-efed caws - so that they can still happen without sidelining the efed's activity. So be on the look out for those to start happening sooner rather than later.
- Similarly be on the lookout for something to happen in the futuer. Staff do indeed still love the 'warring companies' dynamic and still think it could provide limitless roleplay potential. Don't be surprised if a new efed with it's own unique hook steps forward to fill the spot. Perhaps one not based in/on the US wrestling scene; is an all women's fed, or uses a different game than the latest WWE game to sim it's matches instead...
